This Eco Art Space In Mexico Is The Perfect Paradise For Creatives

What happens when you mix traditions from Mexico's Yucatan peninsula with the trappings of a modern art gallery? You get a space something like this.

IK LAB is an art gallery concept based in Tulum, Mexico. It that seeks to capture the spiritual magic of the Yucatan while providing a framework for the creative minds from around the world.

The project was founded by Eduardo Neira. IK LAB functions as both an avante-garde residency program and pioneering ecological resort– a hub for both art and hospitality.

The building's design echo's the natural look of the jungle while putting a polished spin on it all with undulating cement structures. The overall design attempts to leave as little impact on the environment as possible.
