Ghostly, Long-Exposure Photos Shot With An LED Suit

Michael Taylor is a Belfast-based photographer experimenting with LED light suits and night photography.

In his series LightPath, the photographer captures weird scenes of glowing forms moving across the frame. The figures have no distinct features. They appear to be nameless ghosts floating through landscapes in France and Ireland.

"A specially designed LED light suit abstracts the human form to shapes of light," says Taylor. "Movements of the human body through the landscape leave residual traces of light. Light, therefore, becomes a memory of action."
