'ABC For Adults' Is A Seriously Twisted Take On Children's Books Of The 70s

Remember the adorable, innocent ABC books geared towards children that were so popular in the 1970s? Well, they're back. Only this time, the illustrations are tinged with pessimism and the stench of unrealized dreams.

This is ABC for Adults, a twisted parody from the mind of illustrator Toby Leigh. Inside, colorful pages unfold to reveal some pretty X-rated themes.

For example, K is for a kilo of cocaine, C is for computer porn, and Z is for the zipper on a bondage suit.

Struggling to come to terms with being an adult? ABC for adults can help!

These are basically the ABC's as related to drugs, sex, and violence, everything that was purposely censored from those children books back in the day.

"Children’s ABC books in the 1970s taught us about a warm and innocent world through wonderful hand-painted imagery of animals, toys and quaint household objects. Unfortunately, we all grew up and became paranoid, cynical adults filled with fear and hatred," reads the disclaimer.

"But don’t despair, this new book will help guide you and your family through this difficult phase of your existence."

Confront your adulthood here, if you dare.
