This Guy Made A Custom Instax LEGO Camera And It's Awesome

Feast your eyes on the world's first LEGO Instax camera! Made entirely of the world's favorite toy brick, this unusual gadget is sure to be a conversation starter wherever it goes.

This camera design was invented by Hong Kong resident Albertino. According to this camera aficionado, the LEGO camera isn't just a novelty. It's actually a highly functional camera due to its convertible design.

"I like the large viewfinder a lot. I found it enjoyable to preview the composition, even when I do not intend to take pictures," explains Albertino.

"I also like the Lego interface. It enable me to "edit" the camera quite easily. I can conveniently remove some bricks or add new things onto my camera. Like the traditional TLR, I added a magnifying glass to assist focusing. I can either use Santa Claus to hold it or stack it on a Lego block. I also added an external flash to my camera. It can easily fit in after I incorporate some Lego bricks a s a flash stand."

That being said, we can't help but wonder if more photographers will attempt to build their own LEGO camera. The idea is utterly fascinating and the possibilities for customization are endless!
