Ice Cream Is The Key To Solving Finland's Pothole Problem

Jom Bachor has become famous for his peaceful protests in the streets of Chicago where he goes around filling in potholes with gorgeous mosaic flower art pieces.

But now he's taking his righteous street art all the way to Finland to protect it's citizen's from gaping potholes! Instead of creating mosaics of flowers, he's now filling in the potholes with images of delicious ice cream cones.

Bachor was originally inspired to create his mosaic pothole art when he volunteered for a dig at Pompeii. While on the dig, he saw dozens ancient mosaics that had withstood the test of time.

"An ancient mosaic looks exactly as intended by the artist who produced it over two millennia ago. What else can claim that kind of staying power? I find this idea simply amazing."
