When it comes to movies, film typeface design, lettering, illustrated typography – there’s few as passionate as Ian Albinson.
Having studied & been inspired by graphic design in the UK, he created a website called Art of the Title, which is dedicated exclusively to the intro and title sequences in film, TV & even video games. He’s even found the time to put together a video called “A Brief History of Title Design” – which showcases a wide & diverse selection of some of his favourite title treatments and films.
We found it via Vimeo Staff Picks and thought we should share – it’ll make you want to go & watch all these classics all over again!
