Kevin Weir is fast establishing himself as one of the most talented animated GIF creators on the interwebs right now. Recently he delved in the archives of The National Library Of Congress to find a collection of historical photographs which he could use for his projects, but instead he discovered several odd and unusual photos tucked away in amongst the annals.
It’s these kooky photos which he’s painstakingly taken the time to animate and transform into his vision of modern day art – the animated GIF.
If you have a slow internet connection, sit tight and wait for these images to fully load – trust us, it’s worth the wait.
