Tim Burton has once against resurrected his dream team (wife Helena Bonham Carter & best friend Johnny Depp) to create a vampire new gothic-horror tale titled ‘Dark Shadows’. It centres around the life of vampire Barnabas Collins (Depp) and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts.
Easily one of 2012 most-anticipated movies (along with The Dark Knight), it not only stars Johnny Depp but you can also throw in Michelle Pfeiffer, Jackie Earle Haley, Jonny Lee Miller, Eva Green, Chloe Moretz, Bella Heathcote, Thomas McDonell into the mix Gulliver McGrath.
It’s originally based on the cult TV series, but the big screen adaptation will hit theaters May 11th, 2012. In the meantime, check out the trailer and a selection of great posters promoting the film. It’s a little campy, a little odd and certainly more than a little strange, but then again as the saying goes…..”Strange is relative”
