Sinister & Creepy Stereographic Drawings

Alex Wain March 21, 2012 1

Dain Fagerholm hails from Seattle USA, but his work is surely from another world entirely. He’s the creator behind a style and collection of images he’s called ‘Stereographic Drawings’. So how does it work? He creates two parallel drawings, varying the angle ever so slightly between the two of them,  when they are combined they form a moving 3D image that literally pops out of the screen at you.

We’ve never seen anything like these before and the technique itself truly brings to life his wonderful little creations and monsters. That’s what we like to celebrate here on So Bad So Good, art which is unique, challenging, cool as fuck and innovative.

So a serious hat tip to Dain and his impressive work, here’s hoping his creations continue to evolve and astound for many years to come!
